Maxfiylik siyosati

Kuchga kirgan sana: 2026-yil 11-oktabr

EcoEdu — ekologik ta’lim loyihasi. Bu siyosat ecoedu.uz saytiga va EcoEdu Android ilovasiga (uz.ecoedu.app) tegishli. Ilova shu saytni ko‘rsatadi, shuning uchun ularda qoidalar bir xil.

Saytdan foydalanish uchun ro‘yxatdan o‘tish shart emas. Saytda reklama yo‘q, ma’lumotlaringiz sotilmaydi va reklama maqsadida boshqalarga berilmaydi.

Qanday ma’lumotlar yig‘iladi

  • Tashriflar statistikasi. Qaysi sahifa ochilgani, sana va davlat saqlanadi. Tashrif buyuruvchilarni sanash uchun IP-manzil va brauzer nomidan shaxssiz belgi (xesh) hosil qilinadi; IP-manzilning o‘zi statistikada saqlanmaydi.
  • Google Analytics. Saytga tashriflarni tahlil qilish uchun Google xizmatidan foydalanamiz. U cookie-fayllar orqali qurilma, brauzer va ochilgan sahifalar haqida umumlashgan ma’lumot to‘playdi.
  • Fikr-mulohazalar. Fikr qoldirsangiz, siz yozgan ism, rol (masalan, o‘quvchi yoki o‘qituvchi), baho va matn, shuningdek IP-manzilingiz va davlatingiz saqlanadi. Saytda IP-manzil e’lon qilinmaydi. Yangi fikr tekshirish uchun moderatorlarga Telegram orqali yuboriladi.
  • Tashxis testi. Test topshirayotgan o‘quvchi o‘zi kiritgan ism, sinf kodi va javoblar saqlanadi — natijani o‘qituvchi ko‘rishi uchun. O‘qituvchi ro‘yxatdan o‘tganda login, parol (shifrlangan ko‘rinishda), ism, maktab va hudud saqlanadi.
  • So‘rovnomalar. Bosh sahifadagi so‘rovnomada tanlagan javoblaringiz va ixtiyoriy izohingiz ismsiz, shaxssiz belgi bilan saqlanadi.
  • Ekologik lug‘atdagi sun’iy intellekt. Lug‘atda topilmagan so‘zni SI yordamida tushuntirishni so‘rasangiz, shu so‘z Anthropic kompaniyasining Claude xizmatiga yuboriladi. Ism va boshqa shaxsiy ma’lumot yuborilmaydi. So‘z va javob saytda saqlanadi; so‘rovlar sonini cheklash uchun shaxssiz belgi ishlatiladi.
  • Qurilmangizdagi ma’lumotlar. Brauzer yoki ilova xotirasida tanlangan til, shahar, so‘rovnoma javoblari va internetsiz ochish uchun sahifalar nusxasi saqlanadi. Ular qurilmangizda qoladi.

Ilova joylashuv, kontaktlar, kamera, mikrofon yoki fayllarga ruxsat so‘ramaydi.

Ma’lumotlar nima uchun kerak

  • saytni yaxshilash va qaysi materiallar foydali ekanini bilish;
  • spam va suiiste’moldan himoyalanish;
  • test natijalarini o‘qituvchiga ko‘rsatish;
  • fikrlarni tekshirib, saytda e’lon qilish.

Boshqa xizmatlar

Ayrim sahifalarda boshqa kompaniyalar xizmatlari ishlatiladi, ular o‘z maxfiylik qoidalariga amal qiladi: Google Analytics (statistika), YouTube (videolar), Windy.com (shamol va chang xaritasi — faqat siz «Xaritani ko‘rsatish» tugmasini bosganingizda yuklanadi), Anthropic Claude (lug‘atdagi SI), Telegram (fikrlarni moderatorlarga yetkazish).

Bolalar va o‘smirlar

Sayt 7–11-sinf o‘quvchilari va o‘qituvchilar uchun mo‘ljallangan. O‘quvchilardan ro‘yxatdan o‘tish, telefon raqami yoki elektron pochta so‘ralmaydi. Testda ism o‘rniga faqat o‘qituvchi taniydigan belgi (masalan, ism va familiyaning bosh harfi) yozish mumkin.

Saqlash va himoya

Ma’lumotlar loyiha serverida saqlanadi, sayt bilan aloqa HTTPS orqali shifrlanadi. Ma’lumotlar loyiha ishlayotgan davrda saqlanadi yoki sizning so‘rovingizga ko‘ra o‘chiriladi.

Sizning huquqlaringiz

O‘zingiz qoldirgan fikr, test natijasi yoki o‘qituvchi hisobini ko‘rish, tuzatish yoki o‘chirishni so‘rashingiz mumkin. Buning uchun info@ecoedu.uz manziliga yozing.

O‘zgarishlar

Siyosat o‘zgarsa, yangi matn shu sahifada e’lon qilinadi va sanasi yangilanadi.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 11 October 2026

EcoEdu is an environmental education project. This policy covers the website ecoedu.uz and the EcoEdu Android app (uz.ecoedu.app). The app displays the website, so the same rules apply to both.

No registration is needed to use the site. There are no ads. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

What we collect

  • Visit statistics. The page opened, the date and the country. To count visitors we derive an anonymous hash from the IP address and browser name; the IP address itself is not stored in the statistics.
  • Google Analytics. We use this Google service to analyse visits. It uses cookies to collect aggregated information about the device, browser and pages viewed.
  • Reviews. If you leave a review, we store the name, role (for example pupil or teacher), rating and text you enter, together with your IP address and country. The IP address is never published. New reviews are sent to our moderators through Telegram for checking.
  • Diagnostic test. For a pupil taking a test we store the name they type in, the class code and their answers, so that the teacher can see the result. For a teacher who registers we store the login, password (in hashed form), name, school and region.
  • Surveys. Answers and optional notes in the survey on the home page are stored without a name, under an anonymous identifier.
  • AI in the eco-glossary. If you ask the AI to explain a word that is missing from the glossary, that word is sent to Anthropic’s Claude service. No name or other personal data is sent. The word and the answer are stored on the site; an anonymous identifier is used to limit the number of requests.
  • Data on your device. The browser or app keeps your chosen language and city, survey answers and copies of pages for offline reading. These stay on your device.

The app does not request access to location, contacts, camera, microphone or files.

Why we need it

  • to improve the site and learn which materials are useful;
  • to protect against spam and abuse;
  • to show test results to the teacher;
  • to check reviews and publish them on the site.

Third-party services

Some pages use services of other companies, which follow their own privacy policies: Google Analytics (statistics), YouTube (videos), Windy.com (wind and dust map, loaded only after you press “show map”), Anthropic Claude (glossary AI), Telegram (delivering reviews to moderators).

Children and teenagers

The site is intended for pupils of grades 7–11 and for teachers. Pupils are not asked to register or to give a phone number or email address. In a test a pupil may enter a label only the teacher recognises (for example initials) instead of a full name.

Storage and protection

Data is stored on the project’s server; the connection to the site is encrypted with HTTPS. Data is kept while the project operates or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete a review you left, a test result or a teacher account. Write to info@ecoedu.uz.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new text will be published on this page with an updated date.
